The 2011 rates listed below are for weekly rentals. For periods less than one week or more than two weeks, please contact us for a rate quote.
Rates do not include a local rental tax of 8%. Rates also do not include an administration fee of $50 and security deposit insurance fee of $35 charged by our property management company. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property and there must be at least 2 people in your party who are at least 25 years old.
